The Company will install your new conservatory, extension or roof replacement as efficiently and as quickly as is possible to a standard a reasonable person would expect and will make good any damage caused to plasterwork or render during the installation. This will not include any existing decor, such as any damage to painting, wallpaper, tiles, etc., which will be the Purchaser’s responsibility.
We will not be liable for any delays which are caused by actual unforeseeable events or events outside of our control. We will always endeavour to arrange for delivery and installation off your products with as little delay as possible should any of the above events occur. As we live on an island and rely on offshore suppliers, manufacturers and shipping, any times and dates given are approximate and may vary so should not be taken as exact.
