All our garden rooms have insulated walls, roofs and floors, for year round use.
Where they differ is in the outer finish and it’s that which effects the price.
These come with the already painted metal fused to the rigid insulation board which means they don't require any further cladding.
Because we don't need to buy or install cladding, the build time is quicker and cheaper - resulting in a lower price for you.
These are high performance buildings and have an expected lifetime of 40+ years.

Built with a GRP subframe, rigid insulation and composite cladding, the only wood used in this build is the floorboards and roofing boards.
What you get is an eco-friendly, maintenance free and when compared to a traditional brick and mortar build, a cost effective garden room.
Our composite garden rooms are custom built to your spec's so these are the only garden rooms we don't list the price. However, for something under 15 square metres you can expect prices to start around £25k
